We recommend servicing every 12 months for residential systems, and every 3-6 months for commercial systems as they are usually run more often and for longer periods of time. Regular servicing will help maintain the systems efficiency and performance.

Do you provide emergency servicing?

Yes we do provide emergency servicing for breakdowns but we can’t guarantee we can get the system running that day as it is not unusual for parts needing to be ordered.

How often should I clean my filter?

We recommend you clean your filter at least every 3 months, this helps to keep your airflow free of restriction and helps improve performance and efficiency.

 How long does it take to install an air conditioning system?

It depends on the type of system, generally for ducted systems the installation is completed within a day, whereas for smaller systems like a split system it can take up to half a day.

What is the difference between split systems and ducted systems?

Split systems are designed to condition individual rooms or a specific area of a home or office, where as ducted systems are designed to air condition the whole home or office.
